Tax Returns

When you are doing your tax returns you need to make sure it's done right! John has personally prepared over 20,000 tax returns since he started his business in 1983. Marie Richards, Enrolled Agent, has prepared over 2,000 tax returns since joining the firm in 2000.

Prices are listed below and your fee includes FREE tax advice throughout the year and FREE E-filing. In addition, FREE IRS audit representation is available for our clients.

New tax clients are encouraged to bring in their last three years' tax returns. If there are problems with them, we will amend them for free!

Short Forms $ 85 - $ 90
Long Forms $ 160 - $ 170
Long Forms
with a Schedule C or E 		$ 175 - $ 225*
Partnerships and Corporations $ 300*

These prices include your Federal tax return and a California State tax return. We will prepare tax returns for any of the 50 states for a small additional fee.

Business Accounting

Starting and running a business requires more than luck . . . Your business must keep good records, file payroll tax returns, sales tax returns, income tax returns and pay its taxes on time. We would like to offer you a Complementary Half Hour Consultation on how we can help you.

Monthly Accounting & Payroll Services $ 225 - $ 300
Quarterly Accounting & Payroll Services (per quarter) $ 350 - $ 525
Payroll Services only (per quarter) $ 300
(includes all quarterly and annual payroll reports)

* Sometimes rates will fluctuate, but we will tell you BEFORE the work is done what your bill will be.
